. PROJECT NO. 51-5
RESOLVED, by the Council or the City of Palo Alto that
WHEREAS, said Council did on the 25th day of February, 1952,
orde~ the City l!ng1neer to make and file with said Council an
amended assessment of the parcel of property tho former assessment
upon which under Resolution of Intention No. 2094 or said Couric11
1~ designated upon the original assessment and diagram and cont1rmed
by sa1d Council on June 11, 1951, and recorded in th8 office or the
Superintendent of Streets or said City~ a~ diagram ~nd assessment
No. 952;
WHEREAS, said City .Engineer did on the 26th day of February,
1952, pureuant to said order, file with the'Clerk of said City a
diagram and amended assessment;
WHEREA.3, said Council fixed Monday, the 10th day of March,
1952, as the time for hearing said amended assessment and caused
notice or said hearing to be published twice in the Palo Alto Times,
ae appears rrom the affidavit of publication on file in the office
or the Clerk of ea1d City; and
WHEREAS, at th~ time and place fixed for said hearing, no
protests or objectione were made or presented to the proposed
amended assessment, and all matters and things pertaining to said
amended assessment were fully heard and considered by said Counc1J;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS OJU>ERIID THAT SAID AMBNDED ASSESSMENT
filed with the Clerk of said City pursuant to resolu~ion ordering
same be and the same is hereby r~t1f1ed, approved and confirmed,
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that the Clerk or said City shall
deliver said amended assessment to the City Engineer, together with
a certified copy or this resolution thereto attached, and said C1ty
Engineer &hall thereupon record euch aniended aaeessment with a
cJ:.:t1f1cate at the end thereof by th'.? Clerk of said City that it 1s
the amended assessment approved by the City Council.
The City Engineer shall note opposite th~ usnessment in said
original diagram and assessment No. 952 that it has been dis)J.aced
by (811 amended assessment. giving the date, and shall credit upon
such amended asseesment all payments theretofor~ made upon the
or1g1nal assessment. Whon said amended assessment has been recorded,
the City Engin~er shall cause the original assessment involved to be
cancelled.
I here.by certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly adopted by the City C~unc11 or the City of Palo Alto at
a regular meeting thereof held ~n the 10th day of March, 1952, by
the following vote:
