The Council of the City of Palo Alto DOES RE.SOLVE as follows:
That W. C. Cobb, City Treasurer, is hereby authorized
to purchaee at the market, from city runde held by h1m,
$200,000.00 u. S. Treasury Certificates l 7/8%, due July 1, 1952, to be held 1n lieu or ca.ah.
The above and foregoing :resolution was duly and. regularly
introduced and paa8ed by the Council or the City or Palo Alto
at a regular meeting held on the 25th day or February, 1952,
by the following vote:
AYXS: Blois, Bowden# Cashel, Cathcart, Dryadale, Gaepar, Hill,
Miller, Mitchell, Montrou11, Simpson.
NOES: None.
