DIRECTING MAKINO OF AMENDED ASSESSMENT
RE ASSESSMENT NO. 952
SAN ANTONIO ANNEX SEWERS
PROJECT NO. 51-5
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of ~alo Alto,
Santa Clara County, Cal1forn1a, that
WHKRBAS, an aeeeeement and diagram wae made and filed
with the Clerk of said City all pursuant to Resolution or In-
tention No. 2094, adopted by the City Council on April 9 ... 1951,
and the provisions of Article V or the Palo Alto Improvement
Procedure Codel being Ordinance No. 844 or said City, adopted
January 13, 1941, and ea1d asseeement was confirmed by said
Council on June 11, 1951 and recorded in the office of the
Superintendent of Streets of said C1ty on July 2, 1951; and
WHEREAS, a certain lot or parcel or land upon which there
is a11 unpaid assessment against wh1ch b~nds have been issued
under the provisions or Part 4 of Article r:v or said Procedure
Code, h8.8 been divided BO that it noc,longer eonforma to the orig-
inal parcel boundnr1el5 as shown on said assessment and in the
Auditor's record thereof;
~ow, THEREFORE, I'!' IS ORDERED, that
1. The City Engineer shall cause to be prepared and f1led
with the City Clerk a report and amended assessment diagram of
the lot and parcel so d1v1ded, said parcel being designated as
Assessment No. 952.
2. That the unpaid installments or said original assess-
ment shall b~ segregated and apportioned in accordance with the
benefits or the several parts d" the original lot or parcel and
the total amount or the assessment or the several portions or
the original lot or parcel shall be equal to the unpaid assess-
ments upon said original lot or parcel of land.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Palo
Alto, California, at a meeting thereof held on the 25th day or
February, 1952, by the following vote:
AYES, and in favor of, Councilmen:
Bowden, Cashel, Cathcart, Dry&dale, Gaapar, Hill,
Miller, Mitchell, Montro1J,.l, Simpson.
1'IORS, Councilmen: None.
ABSENT, Councilmen: Bishop, Blois, Bower, Marshall, Wickett.
