RISOLVBD, by the City Council of the C1ty ot Palo Alto,
Sarita Clara County, Cal1:f'orn1a, that
WHXRKAS, an assessment and diagram was made and tiled with the clerk or said City all pursuant to Resolution or Intentibn
No. 1990 adopted by the City Couno11 on Jur1e 12, 1950 and the
provisions of Article V of' the Palo Alto Improvement Procedure
Code, being Ordinance No. 844 of na1d City, adopted January
13, 1951, and said a1aesement was oonr1rmed b7 said Council
on September 11, 1950 and recorded in the otf1ce of the
Superintendent or Streets of said C1ty on October 11, 1950; and
WHIRi.AS, a certain lot or parcel ot land upon which there is an unpa!d assessment against which bonds have been issued
under the provisions or Part ~ ot Article r:v ot aaid Procedure
Code, has been divided so that 1t no longer eontorme to the
original parcel boundaries ae ahown on said assessment and in
the Auditor's record th•reot;
NOW, THERKPORB, IT IS ORDKRXD, that
l. The City Engineer phall cause to be prepared and filed
with the City Clerk a report and amended assessment diagram of
the lot and parcel ao divided~ ea1d parcel being designated aa Aeseaament· No. 760.
2. That the unpaid installments of said original assess-
ment shall be segregated and apportioned 1n·aacorda.nce with the
benefits to the several parts or the original lot or parcel and
the total amount or the assessment or the several portions ot
the original lot or para·e1 ah.all be equal to the unpaid assess-
ments upon &aid original lot or parcel of land.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly adopted by the City Council or the City or Palo
Alto, C&l1torn1a, at a meeting thereot held on the 25th day of
February, 1952, by the tollowtng vote:
