The Council or the C1 ty of Pal•l Alto OOBS RKSOLVE as followa:
That the quit claim deed from V1ll1aa M. Brophy, Mary Haley
Brophy, and Gertrude H. Haley, surviving partners of the copartner-
eh1p known as "Gold Seal Creamery". to the City of Palo Alto, dated
February 19, 1952, covering the following described property:
Beginning at the point or 1nteraect1on of
the ereaent Easterly line of Middlefield Road (70 feet
w:lde} with the Southeaeterly line or Lot 1 in BloiJlc 8·
