RBSOLOTION APPROVING MAP OP VAN Amc:&N TRACT, TRACT NO. 951
The Council or the City or Palo Alto DOES RBSOLVK as follows:
That that certain subd1v1a1on map or the Van Auken Tract#
Tract No. 951, being a portion of Lot 122 ot the C. M. Wooster
Company's Subdivision ot the Clarke Ranch, dated January, 1952#
and prepared by George S. Nolte, Civil Engineer, be and the same io hereby accepted by this CoWlc11.
BE IT FURTHER RE.SOLVED, that Sycamore Drive as shown
on said map and the portions of Louis. Road and Colorado Avenue
not heretofore dedicated, be and the same are hereby accepted as pu.bl1c streets or the City or Palo Alto.
BE IT FURTHER RESOL\'lm, that easements tor the uae or
public utilities as shown on said map be and the same are hereby accepted as dedicated.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and paased by the Council or the City or Palo Alto at
at regular me&ting held on the 11th day or February, 1952~ by the following vote:
AYES: Bishop-Blois, Bowden, Bower, Cashel, Cathcart, Gaspar,
Hill, Marshall, Miller, Mitchell, Montrou11, Simpson.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Drysdale, Wickett.
