RESOLV&D, by the City Council or the City of Palo Alto,
Santa Clara County~ Cal1torn1a, that
WHEREAS, an a&sessment and diagram was made and tiled
with the Clerk or said City all pursuant to Resolution or Inten-
tion No. 209-adopted by the C1ty Cou!X.'1l on April 9, 1951, and
the prov1s1ona of Article V ot the Palo Alto ImproYement Proced-
ure Code, being Ordinance No. S.-~ or said City, adopted January
13, 1941, and said assessment was confirmed by said Council on
June ll, 1951, and recorded in the office ot the Superintendent
of Streets or said City on July 2, 1951; and
WHKRKAS, a certain lot or parcel or land upon which there
1a an unpaid assessment against which bonds have been issued
under the provisions or Part 4, of Article J:V or said Procedure
Code, has been divided so that 1t no longer conforms to the ori-
ginal parcel boundaries as ehown on said aasessment and in the
Auditor's record thereof:
NOW, THEREFORE, IT I3 ORDERED, ~ha.,
1. The City Engineer shall cause to be prepared and filed
with the City Clerk a report and amended assessment and diagram
of the lot and paI'cel so d1v1ded, sa1d parcel being designated
as Assessment No. 623.
2. Th.at the unpaid installments or said original assess-
ment shall be segregated and apportioned 1n accordance with the
benefits to the several parts of the original lot or parcel and
the total amount or the assessment of the eeveral portions or
the original lot or parcel shall be equal to the unpaid assess-
ments upon said original lot or parcel of land.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly adopted by the City Council or the City or Palo
Alto, California., at a meeting the1eo:f' held on the 28th day of
January, 1952, by the following vote:
AYES, and 1n favor thereof, Councilmen:
Bishop, Blois, Bowden, Bower, Cashel, Cathcart, Dry8d.ale,
Gaspar, Hill, Marshall, Miller, Mitchell, Montrouil,
Simpson, Wickett.
