WHEREAS, an aGses3ment and diagram was made and filed wlth

1620 adopted by the City Council on October 13, 1947, and the
provisions or Article V of the Palo Alto Improvement Procedure Code,
being Ordinance No. 844 of sa1d C1 ty, adopted .fam~.:-,r~t ~.3, ~ ')!; 1, and
said assessmant was confirmed by said Council on Ja~uary 12, 1948,
.!l.nd recorded in the off1c9 of' the Superintendent of Streets or aa1d City on ,J<1.n1rnry 13, 191~1; 'rnd
~P.EREAS,a certain lot or parcel of land upon which there is
an 1.l.npaid assessment against which bonds have been issued under the
provisions of Part 4 of Article DI of aa1d Procedure Code, has been
divided so that it no longer conforme to the original parcel bound-
i:tt"j.ea as shown on said assesament and in the Audi tor's record there-f ·• 0 .
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that
1. Tte City Engl.neer shall cause to be prepared and filed with
the City Clerk a reoort and amended aseessrnent and diagram of the
lot and parcel so divided, said parcel being designated as Assess-ment No. 32.
2. That the unpaid installments of sa1d original assess-
ment shall be segregated and apportioned ln accordance with the
benefits to the several parts of the original lot or parcel and
the total amount orthe aesessm~nt of the aev~ral portions of the ori~1nal lot or parcel ahall be equal to the ~npaid assessments upon said original lot or parcel of land.
