RESOLUTION APPROVING MAP OF CF.ANNINO PARK NO. 2, TRACT
NO. 909.
The Council or the City of Palo Alto DOBS RF.SOLVE as follows:
That that certain eubd1v1s1on map or Channing Park No. 2,
Tract No. 909, being a portion of Lot l, Greer Partition, dated
May, 1951, and prepared by George S. Nolte, Civil Engineer, be
and the same is hereby accepted by this Council.
BE IT PURTHXR RESOLVED, that De Soto Drive as shown
on said map be and the same is hereby accepted as a public
street of the City of Palo Alto.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that easements for the use of
public ut111 tie a aa shown 011 as.id map be and the same are hereby
accepted as dedicated.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and passed by the Council of the City of Palo Alto
at a regular meeting held on the 28th day or January, 1952, by the following vote:
