ASSESSMENT NO. 955-B
SAN ANTONIO ANNEX S.EWERS, PROJECT 51-5
RESO~VED, by the City Council of the City of Palo Alto, Santa Clara County, California, that
WHEREAS, an assessment and ~1agram was made and filed with the
Clerk of said City all pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 209;,
adopted by the City Council on April 9, 1951, and the provisions of
Article Y of the Palo Alto Improvement Procedure Code, being Ordinance
No. 844 or said City~ adopted Janua.ry 13, 1941, and sa1d assessment
was confirmed by said Council on Jun!) 11, 1951, and recorded in the
of rice 01• the Superintendent or Streets or said City on July 2, 1951; and
WHEREASi a certain lot or parcel of land upon which there is
an unpaid assessment against which bonds have been iasued under the provision~ of Part 4, of Article IV, of said Procedure Code, has been
divided so that it no longer conforms to the original parcel bound-
aries as shown on ea1d assessment and 1n the Auditor's record thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that
1. The City Engineer shall cause to be prepared and filed with
the City Clerk, a report and amended assessment and diagram of the
lot and parcel so divided, said parcel being deaignated as Assessment No. 955-B.
2. That the unpaid installments of said original assessment
shall be segregated and apportioned in accordance with the beneflts
to the several parts of the original lot or parcel and the total
amount of the assessment of the several portions of the or1g1nal lot
01· parcel shall be equal to the i:inpa1d asseasmenta upon said original lot or parcel or land.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Palo Alto,
California, at a meeting thereof, hell on the 14th day of January, 1952, by the following vote:
AYES, ar1d 1n favor thereof, Councilmen:
Bishop, Blo1.s, Cashel, Cathcart, Drysdale, Gaspar, Hill,
Marshall, Miller, Mitchell, Montreuil, Simpson.
NO.ES, Councilmen: None.
ABSENT, Councilmen: Bowden, Wickett.
NOT VOTING: Bower.
