BROPHY, under which W1111am M. Brophy agreed to pay the coat or materials, labor and superv1a1on for the !netallat1on or a 30-inch 1ns1de diameter reinforced concrete storm drainage pipe along the entire length or the hereir.iafter deeor1bed property, not to exceed $3,500.00; and WHEREAS, said drainage pipe has been installed, and 'Wllliam M. Brophy has paid the cost of said 1natallat1on and completed all things to be done by him under said agreement; NOW, THKR.!FORB',the Council of the City of Palo Alto DOE.~ RESOLVE as follows: That the Mayor and City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized to execute a grant deed on behalf or the City, con- veying the following described property to William M. Brophy and Mary H.
