DIRECTING MAKING OF AMENDED ASSESSMENT
RE: ASSESSMENT NO. 1251
SAN ANTONIO AJ<.J"NEX SEWERS, PROJECT NO. 51-5
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Palo Alto, Santa Clara County, Cal1forn1a, that
WHEREAS, an assessment and diagram was made and filed with th~ Clerk or said City all pursuant to Resolution or Intention No.
2094 adopted by the City Council on April 9, 1951, and the provisions
of Article V of the Palo Alto Improvement Procedure Code, being
Ordinance No. 844 of said City, adopted January 13, 1941, and said
assessment was confirmed by said Council on Jlme ll, 1951, and
recorded in the office of the Superintendent or Streets of said City on July 2, 1951; and
WHEREAS, a certain lot or parcel of land upon which there
1s an unpaid asaesament against which bonda have been issued under
the prov1a:tons of Part 1.J. of Article IV or said Procedure Code, has
been divided no that it no longer conforms to the original parcel
boundaries as shown on said assessment and in the Auditor's record thereof:
NOW, THEREF'ORE, IT IS ORDERED, that

1. The City Engineer sh.all cause to be prepared and
filed with the City Clerl<' a report and amended assessment and 1.
diagram or the lot and parcel so divided, aa1d parcel being designated . • as Assessment No. 1251.
2. That the unpaid installments of said original assessment
shall be segregated and apportioned in accordance with the benefits
to the several parts of the original lot or parcel and the total
amount of the assessment or the several portions of the original lot
or parcel shall be equal to the 'CL.~paid assessments upon said original lot or parcel of land.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Palo Alto,
California, at a meeting thereof held on the 10th day or December, 1951, by the following vote:

Blois, Bowden, Bower, Cashel, Gaspar, H111, Ma.rehall, Miller,
Mitchell, Montrou11, Simpson, Wickett.
