That that certain aubd1v1a1on map or Wellsbury Park,
Tract N~. 918, being a portion of Lot~ or the C. M. Wooster
Company's Subdivision of the Clarke Ranch, dated September, 1951,
and prepared by George ~. Nolte, Civil Engineer, be and the
same 1s hereby aeceptedby th1e Council.
BE IT FURTHER RHSOLVED, that Wellsbury Way as shown
on said map be and the same 1e hereby accepted as a public
street of the City or Palo Alto.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that easements tor the use of
public uti 11 ties aa shown on said ma.p be and the same are
hereby accepted as dedicated.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and passed by the Council of the City of Palo Alto at
a regular meeting held on the 10th day or December, 1951,
by the following vote:
