CALLING FOR BIDS ON SALE OF IMPROVEMENT BONDS
PROJECT NO. 49-10
AMARILLO AVENUE, ET AL
ACQUISITION & IMPROVEMENT
DISS ROAD STORM SEWERS
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Palo Alto, ca11rorn1a, that
1. The City Clerk of said City be, and she 18 hereby
directed to call tor bids for the sale or improvement bonds to
be issued pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 2089 adopted
by this Council on April 9, 1951, said bids to be received by
said City Clerk at or before the hour or 7:30 o'clock PM or
Monday, the 14th day of January, 1952, and to be publicly opened,
examined and declared at said time 1n the regular meeting place
of sa~d Council, Council Chambers, City Hall, Palo Alto, Calif-
ornia. Said notice, in form a copy of which is hereto attached
marked Exhibit 11 A", shall be given by publication once in the
Palo Alto Times, a newapaper published in said City~ at least ten days before said date.
2. The City Council will furnish the legal op1n1on of
the law firm of Kirkbride, Wilson, Harzfeld & Wallace, San Mateo,
Califbrnia, unqualifiedly approving the legality or the pro-
ceedings and the issuance of said bonds.

I hereby certify the foregoing to be a true copy or reso-
lution adopted by the City Council of the City of Palo Alto,
Cal1forn1a, at a rogular meeting thereof held on the 10th day or
December, 1951, by the following vote or the members thereof:
AYES, and in ravor thereof, Councilmen:
Blois, Bowden, Bower, Cashel, Gaspar, Hill, Marshall, Miller,
Mitchell, Montreuil, Simpson> Wickett.
NOES, Councilmen: None.
ABSENT, Councilmen: Bishop, Cathcart, Drysdale.
