ORDERING CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS
PROJECT NO. 51-5
SAN ANTONIO ANNEX SEWERS
ACQUISITION AND IMPROVEMENT
RESOLVED, by the Council of.' the City of Palo Alto, Cali-fornia, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to Reaolut1on No. 2188 of this Council
ordering same, notice has been duly given of the intention or this
Council to modify the proceedings under Resolution or Intention
No. 2094 or this Council, in the t1me and form provided by law,
and this 1a the time and place set ror hearing thereof; and
WHEREAS~ no persona 1ntereeted appeared or filed
written protests in said proceedings or a part thereof, and all
persons interested dea1r1ng to be hearc;were given an opportunity
to be heard, an~ all matters pertaining to aaid mod1f1cat1ons were
fully hoard and considered by this Co1.mc11 -----------
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that the public convenience
and necessity require *tid this Council hereby orders the following
modifications of the proceedings under Resolution or Intention No. 2094, to wit:
1. Change and modify the assessment by increasing Assess-
ment No. 631 from $213.02 to $342.08 and decreasing Assessment No. 632 from $353.$8 to $224.08.

l hereby certify the foregoing to be a true copy of reso-
lution adopted by the City Council or the City of Palo Alto, Cal1-
forn1a, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 10th day or December, 1951, by the following vote:
AYES, and in favor thereof, Councilmen:
Blois, Bowden, Bower, Cashel, Gaspar, Hill, Marshall,
Miller, Mitchell, Montreuil, Simpson, Wickett.
NOES, Councilmen: None.
ABSENT: Councilmen: Bishop, Cathcart, Drysdale.
