INTENTION TO M.A.KX CHANGBS AND MODIFICATIONS
PROJECT NO. -8-14

ET AL., ACQ~ISITION
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Palo Alto,
Cal1f'orn1a, that it does hereby preliminarily determine that the
public interest, convenience and necessity require, and that it
is the intention or said Council to ma.ke certain changes and
modifications in the acqu1sit1ona to be made under Resolution
No. 1718 of Preliminary Determlriation and Reeolutiotl No. 1738
of Intention adopted by this Council on July 12, 1948, and August 9, 1948, reepectively, to-wit: ·
1. Modify the acquisition plans, estimate of costs, and
descriptions and maps of property proposed to be acquired to show
the acquisition of the following easements for street purposes, to-wit:

2. The Superintendent of Streets shall change and modify
the plans, estimate of cost, and maps or property proposed to be
acquired to reflect tha above changes, by e1the~ changing them on their race or by filing amendments thereto.
Monday, the 10th day of December, 1951, at the hour
of 7:30 o'clock P.M. at the Council Chambers, City Hall, Palo
Alto, California, are hereby fixed as the time and place when and
where said Council will consider and finally determine whether
the public interest, convenience and necessity require said
changes, and when and where it will consider and finally act upon
the matter of making said changes and modifications and when and
where it will hear all protests in relation thereto.
The City Clerk shall cause a copy of this resolution
to be published twice in the Palo Alto Times, a newspaper of
general c1rculat1on published 1n said C1ty, the first of which
publications shall be at least ten days before the day set tor hearing.
The City Clerk shall also cause a copy of this resolu-
tion to be posted on or near the Chamber Door of the City Council
at least ten days prior to said day of hearing.

I hereby certify the foregoing to be a true copy of
resolution adopted by the City Cjuncil of the C!ty of Palo Alto,
California, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 26th day of November~ 1951, by the following vote of the members thereof;
