ACQUISITION AND IMPROVKMRNT
RES·OLVXD, by the Council of the City o:f Palo Alto,
Cal1fol"'n1a, that the public interest and convenience require,
and !';hat 1 t 1e the 1ntent:ton or said Council to make changes and
mod1f1cat1ons in the assessment filed pursuant to Resolution or
Intention No. 2094 adopted by said Council on April 9 .• 1951, by
increasing Assessment No. 631 from $213.02 to $342.82 and decreas-
ing Assessment No. 632 from $353.88 to $224.08.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Monday, the 10th day Of
Decemberp 1951, at the hcn.;!r of 7:30 o'cloc}7 P.M. in the regular
meeting place of said Council, Council Chambers, City Hall,
Palo Alto, Cal1forn~.a, are hereby fixed as the time and place
when and where said Council will consider the matter of making
said changes and modif1cat1ons and hearing all persons interested therein.
The City :lerk of said C1ty ahall cause a copy or this
resolution to be published twice in the Palo Alto Times, a
newspaper of general c1rculatlon published 1n said City, and
the paper in which tho notice Of improvement under said Resoiution
of Intention was published, the first publication to be at least
ten days before sa1~ hearing.

I hereby certif'y that the foregoing resolution was passed
by the City Council of the City or Palo Alto, California, at a
regular meeting thereof duly held on the 26th day of November,
1951, b~r the following vote of the members thereof:
