The Council or the C1ty of Palo Alto DOKS RESOLVE as follows:
That the map consisting of drawings No. 11,750 and
11,751, tor the closing or Bl Capitan Road between Alma
Street and Ramona Street and Bryant Street and Waverley
Street, prepared by H. M. Witbeck, City lng1neer1 and dated
November 7, 1951, be and the same is hereby approTed and
adopted ae the official map for such Btreet improvement.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and regu-
la~ly introduced and passed at a regular meeting or the
Council of the City of Palo Alto held on the 13th day of
November, 1951, by the following vote:
AY!S: Bishop, Bowden, Bower, Cathcart, Drysdale, Gaspar, Hill~
Marshall, Miller, Mitchell, Montrouil, Simpson, Wickett.
NOES: Cashel.
ABSENT: Blois.
