ASSESSMENT NO. 52

RE.SOLVED, by the C1 ty Council of the City 01~ Palo Al to, Santa Clara County, California~ that

WHEREAS, as assessment and diagram was made and filed with
the Clerk ~r said City all pureuant to Resolution of Intention No.
1721 adopted by the City Council on July 26, 1948, and the pro-
v1s1ons of Article V of the Palo Alto Improvement Procedure Code,
being Ordinance No. 844 or said City, adopted January 13, 1941,
and said assessment was conr1r1ned by said Council on March 13,
1950, and recorded in the office of the Superintendent or Streets
of said City on April 8, 1950; arid
WHEREAS, a certain lot or parcel or land upon which there 1a
an unpaid assessment against which bends have been issued under the
prov1s1ons vf Part 4, or Article r'1 or aaid Procedure Code, has
been divided so that it no longer conforms to th~ or1ginai parcel
boundaries as shown on said assessment and in the Auditor's record thereof~
NOW, THEREFORE, I·r IS ORDERED, that
1. The City Engineer shall cause to be prepared and filed
with the City Clerk a report and diagram of amended assessment of
the lo~ and parcel so divided, said parcel being dee1gnated as Asaese-ment No. 52.
2. The unpaid installments of said original assessment shall
be segregated and apportioned 1n accordance with the benefits to the
several portions or the original lot or parcel and the total amount
of the assessments of the several portions or the original lot
or parcel shall be equal to the unpaid assessments upon aaid original lot or parcel of land.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Palo Alto,
California, at a meeting thereof held on the 22nd day of October, 1951, by the following vote:
AYES, and in favor thereof, Councilmen:
Bishop, Blois, Bowden, Cashel, Cathcart, Drysdale, Gaspar,
Marshall, Miller, Mitchell, Montreuil, Wickett.
NOES, C~uncilmen: None.
ABSENT, Councilmen: Bower, Hill, Simpson.
