RESOLVED, by the C1ty Council of the City or ~ale Alto,
California, that
WHXREAS I said Council I pursuant to Resolu•~ion or Inten-
tion No. 2093 adopted by said Council on April 9, 1951, and its
resolution calling for bids on sale of bonds pursuant thereto,
adopted September 24, 1951, duly gave notice or sale of said
bond';
WHEREAS, th1s is the time and place fixed therein for
receiving bids for the pur~hase of ea1d bonds, and said bids have
been received and publicly opened, examined and declared by this
Council:
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That all wr:ttten bids received for the purchase or
said bonds, excepting the bid herein stated, be, and they are
hereby, rejected, and that said bonds be, and they are hereby,
ordered sold to Lawson, Levy & W1111ams and Associates
as the highest responaibl~ bidder therefor, with interest to the
date or delivery of said bonds, said sale to be subject to all
of the terme and co""'11t1ons set forth 1n sald resolution calling
for sealed proposalH .~d in said accepted bid.

2. That the City Clerk or said City be, and ahe is hereby
directed to have said bonds printed forthwith, and that the same
be immediately signed, sealed and delivered to said bidder on
receipt or the amount therefor a~ above stated, with interest
but not otherwise, and upon the performance or the conditions
contained in said written offer.
3. That the interest rate or said bonds be, and the same
is hereby, fixed at the rate stated in said bid.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly adopted by the City Council or the City or Palo
Alto, California, a.t a regular meeting thereof held on the 8th day
of October, 1951, by the following vote:
