RF.SOLVED, by the Ci t~r :·:ounc1 l of the C1 ty of Palo Al to that
WHEHEAS, said City Council did on the 24th day of September,
l'.:151, order the C1 ty Engineer to make and file w1 th said Cov.nc1 l a.n
amended assessment of the parcel of property the former assessment
upon which under Resolution of Intention No. 1734 or said Council
is designated upon the original assessment and diagra~ and conf1rm~d
by s::iid Council on September 13, 1943, and recorded in the off:lce
of the Superintendent or Streets of said City, as diagram and
as:;;essment numbers 39, 40, 41 arid 42;
WHEREAS., said City Engineer did on the 25th day of September.•
1951, p~.irnua.nt to ca.id ordt~r, r1 le with the Clerk of sald City a d1agr~m and amended asnessment;
WHEHEAS, said co~mcil fixed Monday, the [!th day of' October,
1951. as the time for hearin~ said amended assessment and caused not1~e or s21d he~ring to be.published twice in the Palo Alto Times.

WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said henring, no
protestn or objections were made or presented to the proposed n~ended asnessment, and all matters and things 9ertalning to said
amended assessment w;~re fully heard nnd considered by said Council;
NOW, THERE.1.1'0RE., IT IS ORDERED that said amended a.s[>essment
filed with the Clerk of aaid City pursuant to Resolution ordering
same, be and the same ls hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that the Clerk of said City shall
deliver said amended assessment to the City Engineer, together
with a certified copy of this resolution thereto attached, and
said City Engineer shall thereupon record such amended assessment
with a certificate at the end thereof by the Clerk of said City
that 1t is the amended assessment approved by the City Council.
The C:l.ty Engineer shall note opposite the several assessments
ln said original diagram and assessment numbers 39, 40, 41 and 42
that they have been displaced by said amended assessmer1t, gl ving
the date, and shall credit upon such amended asaessment all payments
theretofore made upon the or1g1nal assessment. When said amended assc~ssment has been recorded.• the City Engineer shall cause the
original assessment imd ved to be cancelled.
I hereby certify tl~t the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Pale Alto at
a regular meeting thereof held on the 8th day of October, 1951, by the following vote:
