as appenrs from the aff1dav1t of publ1cat1on on file in ~he office of the Clerk or ~ald City; and
WHEREAS, .'.lt tl1c time and place fixed for said hear1n£?;, no
protests or objections were made or presented to the proposed
amended assesoment, and all matters and thin~s pertaining to snid
amended assesament were fully heard and considered by said Council;

NOW~ THEREFORE.. :t t is ordered that said amended assessment
.:'i led w1 tn the Clerk of said City pursuant to ResoL1tion ordering --
same, be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
IT IS PURTHER ORDEHED, th.1.t the Clerk of said City :.>hell
deliver said .::i.mended assessment to the City Enr;ineer, together
with a ccrti:'.:'ied copy of this resol~1tion thereto attached, and
said City Engineer shall thereupon record such amended assessment
with a certificate at the end thereof by the Clerk of said City
that 1t is the amended assessment approved by the City Council.
The City Engineer chall note opposite the several assessments
in said or1~1nal diagram and assessment No. 7 that it has been
displnced by said Qmended asnessment, giving the date, and shall
credit upon such nmended assessment all payments theretofore made
upon the origin~l assessment. When said amended assessment has
been recorded.• the City Engineer sha 11 co\Jse thejorig~n.J.1 assessment involvect to be cancelled.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was d1:ly 3nd
reg1;larly adopted by the City Council of the City of Palo Alto at
