DIRECTING MAKING OF AMENDED ASSESSMENT
RE ASSESSMENT NO. 103
LOMA VERDE AVENUE ET AL, PROJECT NO. 47-5
RE~OLVED, by the City Council or the City of Palo Alto,
Santa Clara County, California, that
WHEHE.~~' an assessment and diagram was made and filed
with the Clerk of said City all pursuant to Resolution of Intention
No. 1620 adopted by the City Council on October 13, 1947, and the
provisions of Article V of the Palo Alto Improvement Procedure Code,
being Ordiriance r~·o. 844 of said City, adopted Jar1uary 13, 1941, and
said Assessment was confirmed by said Council on J'anuary 12, 1948,
and recorded in the orr1ce or the Superintendent or Streets or said
City on January 13, 191+8; and
WHEREAS, a cex·tain lot or parcel of land upon which there
is an unpaid assessment against which bonda have been 1ssL:ed under
the provisions of Part 4 of Article DI of s.r.dd Procedure Code, hns
been divided so that 1t no longer conforms ~o the original parcel
boundaries as shown on :iaid assessment and in the Aur11 tor' a record
thereof:
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that
1. The City Engineer shall cause to be prepared and filed
with the City Clerk a report and amended aosessment and d:iagram of
the lot and parcel so divided, sa1d parcel being designated as
Assessment No. 103.
2. That the unpaid 1nstal1ment:s of said original assess-
ment shall be segregated and apportioned in accordance with the benefits
to the several parts of the original lot or parcel and the total
amount of the assessment of the several portions of the original
lot or parcel shall be equal to the unpa!d assessments upon said
original lot or parcel of land.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City or Palo Alto,
California, at a meeting thereof held on the 24th day of September,
1951, by the following vote:
AYES, and 1n favor thereof: Councilmen:
Blois, Bowden 1 Bower, Cashel, Cathcart, Drysdale,
Gaspar, Hill, Marshall, Miller, Mitchell, Simpson.
NOF.5, Councilmen: None.
ABSENT, Councilmen: Bishop, Montrou11, Wickett.
