DIRECTING MAKING OF AMENDED ASSESSMENT
ASSESSMENTS NO. 667, 668, 669 & 670
OREGON AVENUE, ET AL, PROJECT NC. 48-1
RESOLVED, by the City Council Of the City of Palo Alto,
Santa Clar.a County, California, that

WKEREAS, an assessment and diagram was made and filed
w:lth the Clerk of said City all pursuant to Resolutionof Inten-
tion No. 1833 adopted by the City Council on March 28, 1949 .• and the
prov1s1ong of Article V of the Palo Alto Improvement Procedure Code,
being Ordinance No. 844 o!' said City,, adopted January 13, 1941, and
sa1d assessment was confirmed by said Council on Apr1ll2, 1949, and
recorded 1n the office of the Superintendent of Streets of said City
on M.<"t:'l 25, 1949; and
WHEREAS, certain lots or parcels of land upon which there
are unpaid assessments against wh1ch bonds have beeri issued 1mder
the provisions or Part 4 or Article IV of sa1d Procedure Code, have
been divided so that they no longer conform to the original bonnd-
ar1es as .shown on satd assessment and 1n the Auditor's record the:t.'eof;
NOW~ THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that
1. The City Engineer shali cause to be prepared and filed
with the City Clerk a report and diagram or amended assessment or
the lots and parcels 30 divided, 5aid parcels being designat~d as
Assessments No. 667, 668, 669 and 670.
2. That the unpaid installments of said original assessments
shall be segregated and apportioned in accordance with the benefits
to the several portion~ of the original lots or parcels and the total
amount or the assessments of the several portions or the original
lots or parcels shall be equal to the unpaid assessments upon said
original lots or parcels of land.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regula~ly adopted by the City Council of the City of Palo Alto,
California, at a meeting thereof held on the 24th day or September, 1951, by the following vote:
