DIRECTING MAKINO OF AMENDED ASSESSMENT
RE: ASSESSMENTS NO. 39, 40, 41 & 42
WARREN WAY ET AL, PRO.JECT NO. 48-·13
RF.SOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Palo Alto, Santa Clara County, California., that
WHEREAS, an assessment and diagram was made and filed with
the Clerk of said City all pursuant to Resolution of Intention
No. 1734, adopted by the City Councl 1 on August 9, 191~8, and the
provisions of Article V of the Palo Alto Improvement Procedure Code,
being Ordinance No. 844 or said City, adopted January 13, 1941, and
said n::rnes5ment was confirmed by said Council on September 13, 1948,
and recorded in the office of the Superintendent of Streets of said
City on September 28, 1948; and
WHEREAS, certain lots or parcels of land upon which there
are unpa1d asses8ments against which bonds have been issued under
the provisions of part 4 of Article IV of said Procedure Code,
have been dlv1ded so that they no longer conform to the original
parcel boundaries as shown on said assessments and in the Auditor'3 record thereof:
NOW / THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that
l. The City Engineer shall cause to be prepared and filed
with the City Clerk a report and amended assessment and diagram of
the lots and parcels so divided, said parcels being designated as
Assessments No. 39, 40, 41 and ~2.
2. That the unpaid installments of said original. assessments
shall be segregatt:?d and approtioned 1n accordance w1 th the benefits
to the several parts of the original lots or parcels and the total
amount of the assessments of the several portions of the original
lots or parcels shall be equal to the unpaid assessments upon said original lots or parcels of land.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly adopted by the City Council or th~ City of Palo Alto,
California, a.t a meeting thereof held on the 24th day of September,
1951, by the following vote:
