AM.ENDED ASSESSMENT ASSESSMENT NO. 7 BAR'rLEY TRACT ALLEYS--PROJECT NO. 48-12 RESOLVED, by the City Council of the C1ty of Palo Alto, Santa Clara County, Cr.il1forrta, that WHEREAS, an assessment and diagram was made and filed with the Clerk of said City all pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 1712 adopted by the City Council on July 12, 1948, and the provisions of Article V of the Palo Alto Improvement Procedure Code being Ord1nance No. 844 of said City adopted January 13, 1941, and said assessment wns confirmed by said Council on June 12, 1950, and re- corded in the office of the Superint~ndent or Streets or said City on July 10, 1950; and WHEREAS, a certain lot or parcel of land upon which there is an unpaid <lBsessment against which bonds have been issued under the orov1s1ons of Part r+, of Article IV of said Procedure Code, has been divided so that it no longer conforms to the original parcel bound- aries as shown on said asserisment and 1n the Auditor's record thereof; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDER.ED, that 1. :•he City Engineer shall cause to be prepared and filed w1 th the City Clerk a report .:md amended assessment and diagram of the lot and parcel so divided, sa1d parcel being designated as Assessment No. 7. 2. That the unpaid installments or said original assessment shall be segregated and apportioned 1n accordance with the benefits to th~ several parts or the original lot or parcel and the total amount of the assessment of the several portions of the original lot or parcel shall be equal to the unpaid assessments upon said original lot or parcel of land. I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Palo Alto, California at a meeting thereof held on the 24th day of September, 1951, by the following vote: AYr.:S; and in favor thereof; Counc11:nen: Blois, Bowd~n, Bower, Cashel, Cathcart, Drysdale, Gaspar, Hill, Marsh~ll, Miller, Mitchell, Simpson.
