RESOLTJI'ION AUTHORIZING SALE OF U. S. TREASURY BILIS
The Counc1l of the C1\~y of Palo Alto DOES RESOLVE a:~ follows:
That the C1 t;r Treasurer be and he 1s hereb;,-
authcrized to sell $200,000.00 of the $300,000.00 v.S.
Treasury Bills purchased on June 27, 1951, at 99.614,
due October 1, 1951, at par, and held in lieu of cash,
to be sold at market, with the purchase price of $199,228.00
to be credited to Cash, with earned interest credited to
the Investment Adjustment Fund.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly introduced and oas3(~d by the Council of the City
of Palo Alto at a regular meeting held on Monday, the 24th
d:1y of' September, 1951, by the fo1lowing vote:
