M. Wooster Company's Subdivision of the Clarke Ranch, dated June, 1951, and prepared by Andres F. Oddstad, Jr., Civil Engineer, and the same is hereby approved and accepted b-y tM.s Coi.mc11, aub,ject to the following conditions: 1. That minor dimensional adJ1.istments be made a3 may be necessary to meet existing monumented lines on the tract boundary. 2. That the subdivider submit satisfactory evidence of quit claim by the Pacific Gas &: Electric Compariy to a former pole line easement in Block 4. 3. That the subdivider submit evidence of approval by the Palo Alto Board of Education relative to school site and terms of school site adjacent to the tract. 1+. That the subdivider submit sRtisfactory improvement plans, agreement and bond, and satisfactory arrangement for utility installations. :;.. 'l'ha.t the subdivider submit letters from the City Controller. and the County Auditor certifying that there are no liens against the subdivision for unpaid taxes, er special assessments collected as taxes, or special assessments not yet payable. 6. That the subdivider submit a preliminary title report or a1m1lar instrument by a Title Insurance Company. 7. The approval by the City of the park site to be donated by the subdivider. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Colorado Avenue, Clara Drive, Greer Road, Maddux Drive, Stockton Place, Morris Drive, Loma Verde Avenue, Genevieve Court, Higgins Place, Nial Court and Gavron Place as shown upon said map be and the same are hereby accepted as public streets of the City of Palo Alto. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that alleys and walkways, and easements for the use of public utilities, as shown on sa1d map, be and the same are hereby accepted as dedicated. The above and foregoing resolution was duly and regularly -~ introduced and paseed by the Council of the City of Palo Alto at a ~ regular meeting heldon the 24th day of September, 1951, by the following f vote: AYES: NOES: Blois, Bowden, Bower, Cashel, Cathcart, Drysdale, Gaspar, Hill, Marshall, Miller, Mitchell, Simpson.
