APPROVING MAP 01'' THE BENZO SU"BDIVISION, TRACT NC. 908
The Council of ti1e City of Pnlo Alto DOES RESOLVE as follows:
That that certain subd1v1s1ori map of the Benzo Sub-
d1v1s1on, Tract No. 908, being a portion of Lot 5 of the Greer
Partition, dated July, 1951, and prepared by George S. Nolte,
Ci vj.l Engineer, be al"d the same 1s hereby approved and accepted by this Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the portions of Hamilton
Avenue, Greer Lane and Channing Avenue as shown upon said map
be and the same are hereby accepted as public streets of the City of Palo Alto.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that •:?aseinents .for the use of
public utilities as shown on sa1d map be and the same are hereby accepted as dedicated.
The above and foregoing resolution wao duly and
regularly introduced and passed by the Council 01' the City of
Palo Alto at a regular meeting held on the 24th day or
September, 1951, by the following vote:
