L R E S 0 L U T I 0 N N 0 • lli1 DETERMINING LIST O? m~PAID ASSESSMENTS AND PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF BONDS PROJECT NO. 51-5 SAN ANTONIO A'.NNEX SEWERS ACQUISITION AND IMPROVEMENT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Ci.ty of Palo Alto, Cnliforn1a, that WHEREAS, said Council did on the 9th day of April, 1951~ adopt ita Resolution of Intention No. 2094 relating to certain work to be donoe and j,mprovements and acqu1a1t1ons to be made in said City under and pursuant to the provisions or Article V of Ordir.ance No. 844 or said City, adopted January 13, 1941, en- titled "Palo Alto Improvement Code", and did therein provide that serial bonds would be 1ssu~d thereunder pursuant to the provi- sions of Part 4, Bond Plat1 c of' Article r: of said Code, reference to 3a1d Resolution or Intention being hereby expressly made for further particulars; WHEREAS, on August 14, 1951, the Superintendent of Streets of said City filed with the Clerk of said City a complete list of all aasesaments unpaid thereunder upon the respective assessment and diagram numbers thereon, whereupon said Clerk gave notice of 165 the filing of said list and fixed in said notice Monday, the 27th day of August, 1951, at the hour of 7:30 o'clock P.M. as the time when 1ntereated persons might appear before the Counc11, at the regulnr meeting place of said Council in the City Hall 1n said C1ty, and show ca.use why bonds should not be issued upon the security of the unpaid assessments shown on said 11st, all of which appears from effidavits on file in the office of said Clerk; WHEREAS, no protests or ob,1ect1ons against the issuance of said bonds were present~d before or at the time fixed for sald henring; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, FOUND and DETERMINED, as follows: 1.
