WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 2148 of this Co·.mci 1
order1ng eame, notice has been duly given of the lntention of this
Counc:~ l to modify the proceedings l}nder Resolution of Intention
No. 2089 of thl:'l Coimci 1, in the time and form provided by law, and
th!s ls the time and place aet for hearing thereof; and
WHEREAS, no persons 1nterested appeared or filed
written protests 1n said proceedings or a part thereof, and all
persona interested desiring to be heard were given an opport~nity
to be heard, and all matters perta:l.ning to said modlflcations were
f~1lly heard. and constdered by this Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that the publtc cor.ven1ence
:rnd liecess:l.ty require and thts Counc: .. 1 hereby orders the follow.'..ng
modlflcation~ of the proceedings under Resol~tion of Intention No.
2089 1 to w1 t:
1. Change and modify the assessment by increasing the total
amount thereof from $279,210.53 to $299,129.95, and by apportioning
and d:1strib11tlng said assessment as Increased according to benef l ts.
