OF INTENTION TO MAKE CHANGES ~1> MODIFICATIONS

ACQUISITION A~ID IMPROVEMENT
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City or Palo Alto,
California, that the pu'bl1i: interest and convenience require,
and that it is the 1nteotlon of said Council to make changes and
modif1cat1ons ln the assessment filed pursuant to Resolution of
Intention No. 2089 adopted by said CouncLl on April 9, 1951, by ~ncreasing the total amount of the assessment from $279,210.53
to $299,129.95 and by apportioning and distributing ea!d
assessment as increased according to benefits.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Monday, the 27th day of
August, 1951, at the hour or 7:30 o!clock P.M. in the regular
meetlng place of aald Council, Council Chambers, City Hall,
Palo Alto, California, are hereby fixed. as the time and place
when and where said Council will cons::..der the matter or making
said changes and modifications and hearing all persons interested
therein.
The City Clerk of said City shall cause a copy of this
resolution to be published twice ln the Palo Alto Times, a
newspaper of general circulation published in said City, and
the paper 1n which the Notice of Improvement 1mder said Resolution
of Intention was published, the first publication to be at least
ten days before said hearlng.

I hereby c~rt1fy that the ror~go1ng resolution was passed
by the City Council of the City of Palo Alto, Californta, at a
regular meeting thereof duly held on the 13th day of August,
1951, 'by the f.ollowing vote of the members thereof:

Bishop, Blois .• Bowden, Bower, Cashel, I>rysdale, Gaspar,
Hill, Marshall, Miller, Mltchell, Montroull, Slmpson.
NOES, Councilmen: None.
