RESOLVED, by the City Council or the City of Palo Alto, Santa Clara Co1mty, Cal1torn1a, that
WHEREAS, an assessment and diagram was made and filed with the Clerk of said City all pux-suant to Re8olut1on of Intention No. 1516
adopted by the City Council on June 10, 1946, and the provielons ot
Article V of the P~lo Alto Improvement Procedure Code, being Ordinance
No. 844 of eaid City, adopted January 13, 1941, and said assessment
was confirmed by said Council on January 13, 1947, and r~corded 1n,
the office of the Superintendent of Streets or said City on January 14, 1947; and
WHXREAS, a certain lot or parcel of land upon which there la
an unpaid assessment against which bonds have been issued under the
provisions of Part 4. of Article r.v or said Procedure Code, has been
divided so that 1t no longer conforms to the original parcel bound-
aries as shown on said assessment and 1n the Auditor's record thereof;
NOW,, THERE.FORE, IT IS ORDERED, that
l. The C1ty Engineer shall cause to be prepared and filed with the CJty Clerk a report and diagram of amended assessment or t.he
lot and parcel so divided, said parcel being designated as Assessment No. 809-A.
2. That the unpaid 1mstallments of ea1d or1g1na.l aeeessment shall be segregated and apportioned 1n accordance with the benefits to the
several portions or the vr1g1nal lot or parcel and the total amount
of the assessments or the several portions or the original lot or
parcel shall be equal to the unpaid assessment upon said original lot or parcel or land.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Palo Alto,
California, at a meeting thereof held on the 23rd day of July, 1951, by the following vote:
AYES; and 1n favor thereof, Councilmen:
Blois, Bower, Cathcart, Drysdale, Oaepar, Hill, Marshall, Miller, Mitchell, Montrouilp Simpson, Wickett.
NOES, Councilmen: None.
ABSENT, Councilmen: Bishop, Bowden, Cashel.
