RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEED
The Council of the City of Palo Alto DOES RESOLVE as follows:
That the Trustee's Deed from Ralph E. Williams,
Trustee in Bunkruptcy of Frank J. Ba.rtholomae, doing business
as Bartholomae Electric Set•vice, to the City of Palo Alto,
dated June 7, 1951, covering all of Lota 67 and 68, as ahown
upon that certain Map entitled "Wm. H. H. Hart's Subd1v1s1on or Block 11, University Park", which map was filed for record
1n the office or the Recorder of the County of Santa Clara,
State or California, on May 23, 1896 1n Book I or Maps, at
page 21, be and the same le hereby accepted.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and passed by the Council of the City or Palo Alto
at a regular meeting held on the 23rd day of July, 1951, by the
following vote:
