RESOLtTrION ACCEPTING DEED

The Council or the City of Palo Alto DOES RESOLVE as follows:
That the Grant Deed from Irene H. Bartholomae to the
City or Palo Alto, dated March 8, 1951, covering all ot Lots
67 and 68, as shown upon that certain Map entitled 11 W1J1. H. H. Hart 1 s Subd1v1s1on of Block 11, Un1verslty Park",
which map was filed for record in the office or the Recorder
or the County of Santa Clara, State or Ca11rorn1a, on May 23,
1896, 1n Book I of Maps, at page 21, be and the same is hereby acceptec1.
