The Council or the City or Palo Alto DOKS RESOLVE aa follows:
That the City Treasurer be and he 1s hereby a~thor1zed to exchange $100,000.00 U. S. T~~sury Notes, 1:~, due Au~ust l, 1951, for $100,000.00 U. $. Treasury
Notes, 1 7/tJ~, due July 1, 1952.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly introduced and passed by the Council of the
City of Palo Alto at a 1•egular meeting held on Monday, the
