" ~~·: i.i": RE§..£~ _g TI 0 N N 0 • 2141 DETERMINING CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY AND ORDERING CHA.NO~ AND MODIFICATIONS Pl'tOJECT NO. 51-5 SAN ABTOlfIO ANNEX SEWERS ACQUISI'rION AND IMPROVEMENT RESOLVED, by the City Council or the City of Palo Alto, Cali- fornia, that WHEREAS, on June 11, 1951, th1e Council adopted its Resolu- tion No. 2121 of Prel1m1nary Determ1nat1on and or Intention to Make Changes and Mod1f1cat1ons, and on July 9, 1951, this Council adop- ted its Resolution No. 2138 of Preliminary Determination and or Intention to Make Changes and Mod1ficat1one, wherein it did pre- liminarily determine that the public interest, convenience and necessity require, and that it intends to order certain changee and mod1ficat1ons, therein particularly described, in the work to be done and proceedings being conducted under Resolution No. 2069 or P:i.'"eJ. iminary Determination and Resolution No. 2094 of Intcnt1.on, adopted February 13, 1951 and April 9, 1951, respectively; and WHEREAS, pursuant to said Resolution Nos. 2121 and 2138,, notice has been duly given of the time and place when and where sa1d Council will cont51der and finally determine whether the public interest, convenience and necessity require said changes, and when and where it will consider and finally act upon the matter or making said changes and modif1cat1ons and when and where it will hear all protests ~n relation thereto; and WHEREAS, no peraons interested appeared or filed written protests againat··eaid proceedings or any: part thereof and all per- sons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard, and all matters and th1nga pertaining to said changl!e and modifica- tions were fully heard and considered by this Council; NOW, THEREFORE,, IT IS FOUND DETERMINED and ORDERED, that the public interest, convenience and necessity require said changes and mod1f1cat1ons 1n the work and proceedings under Resolution No. 2059 or Pre11m1nary Determination and Resolution No. 2Q94 or Intention and said changes and modifications shall be made and had, all ae more particularly descrfbed and eet forth in the aforesaid Resolutions No. 2121 and 2138. • * * * * * * I hereby certify the foregoing to be a true copy or resolution adopted by the City Council of the City of Palo Alto, California, at a regular meeting thereof duly held on the 23rd day or July, 1951, by the following vote: AYB.S, and in favor thereor, Councilmen: . ...... , ... _.., ...... ~1 ........
