ACQtrISITION AND IMPROVEMENT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Palo Alto, Ca11forn1a, that WHEREAS, on June 11, 1951, this Council adopted 1te Resolu- tion No. 2115 or Preliminary Determination and of Intention to Make Changes and Mod1f1cat1ona, and on July 9, 1951, this Council adopted its Resolution N·o. 2130 of Preliminary Determination and of Intention to Make Changes and Modifications, wherein it d1d preliminarily determine that the public interest, convenience and nece8s1ty require, and that lt intends to order certain changes and mod1t1oat1ons, therein particularly deacr1bed, in the work to be done and proceedings being conducted under Resolution No. 2086 or Preliminary Determination, adopted March 26, 1951, and Resolu- tion No. 2o89 or Intention, adopted March 26, 1951; and 139 WHEREAS, pureuant to said Reaolutlons Noe. 2115 and 2130, notice has been duly given of the time and place when and where said Council will consider and finally d.etermine whether the pub- lic interest, convenience and necessity require said changes, and when and where it will consider and finally act upon the matter of making said changes and modifications and when and where 1t will hear all protests 1n relation thereto; and WHEREAS, no persons interested appeared or filed written protests against said proceed1ngs,or any part thereof and all persons dee1r1ng to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard, and all matters and things pertaining to said changes and modifi- cations were fully heard and considered by this Council; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS FOUND, DETERMINED AND ORDERED, that the public interest, convenience and necessity require ea1d changes and mod1t1cat1ons in the work and proceedings under Resolution No. 2o86 ot PreJ.minary Determination and Resolution No. 2o89 of Inten- tion and said changes and mod1f 1cat1ons shall be made and had, all as more particularly described and set forth in the a.f'oresa1d Reaol-1 utions Nos. 2115 and 2130. • * * * .. • I hereby certify the foregoing to be a true copy or resolution adopted by the Council or the City or Palo Alto, ca11rorn1a, at a regular meeting thereof duly held on the 23rd day of July, 1951, by the following vote: AYES, and in favor thereof, Councilmen: Blois, Bower, Cashel, Cathcart, Dr~sdale, Gaspar, Hill, Marshall, Miller Mitchell, Montrouil, Simpson, Wickett.
