Trac·t No. 771, being a portJon of' Lot 103, C. M. Woo:Jte:r Company 1 s
Subd.: v13ion <>f the Clarke Ranch, dated M.1.y 1951, and prepared by
George S. Nolte, Civil Engineer, be and the same ls hereby
npproved and accepted by this Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the portion of Low~ Verde
Avenu·~ and the portion of' Ross Road as shown on said map, be
and the oame arc hereby accepted a~1 public streets oi' the C1 ty
of Palo Alto.
BE IT t-'0RTHER RESOLVED., that easements for public
l~tlli ties os shown on said map be und the same nre hereby
accepted as dedicated.
The above and foregoing resol~tlon was duly and
regularly lntroduced and passed by the Counc~l of the City of
Pnlo Alto at a regular meeting held on the 9th day of July,
1951, by the following vote:
