" i:, ·too .. ,,,. ........... ,,,,.,._ ~ 122 R E S 0 L U T I 0 N N 0 . 2129 DIRECTING MAKINO OF AME1''DED ASSESSMENT RE ASSESSMENT NO. 60-B LOMA YERDE AVENUE, ET AL PROJECT NO. 47-5 RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Palo Alto, Santa Clara County, Cal1forn1a, that WHEREAS, an assessment and diagram was made and 1·1 led with the Clerk of said City all pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 1620 adopted by the City Council on October 13, 1947, and the pro- vis1ong of Article V. or the Palo Alto Improvement Procedure Cede, being Ordinance No. 844 of sa1d City, adopted January 13, 1941, and satd a:ssessment was confirmed by said Counc1 l of January l 2, 1948, and recorded ln the office of the Superintendent or Streets of said City on January 13, 1948, and WHEREAS, a certain lot or parcel of land upon which there ls an unpaid asseasment against whlch bonds have been issued under the pr1'.'visions of Part 4 of. Article IV of said Frocedure Code, h".1.s been dlv1ded so that it no longer conforms to the original parcel bounda~le3 as shown on said assessment and in the Auditor1 s record thereof; Npw, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that l. The City Engineer shall cause to be prepared and filed with the City Clerk a report and amended assessment and diagram of the lo·::: and parcel so divided, said parcel being designated as Assess- ment N1:>. GO-B. 2. 'l'hat the unpaid installments of said original assess- ment shall be segregated and apportioned in accordance with the ben- e:1 ts ~o the several parts of the original lot or parcel and the tot.al a.mo~mt of the assessment of the several portions of the orig!.na.l lot or parcel shall be equal to the unpaid assessments upon said original lot or parcel of land. I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Palo Alto, Ca1if'or.nia, at a meeting thereof held on the 2Sth day of June, 1951, by the following vote: AYF.:S, and ln favor of': Councllmen: Blois, Bolander, Bowden, Bower, Cashel, Cathcart, Drysdale, Freedman, Miller, Montrouil, Wlc~ett.
