RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City or Palo Alto, Santa C:lara County,, California, that
lfH.E'REAS, an assessment and diagram was made and filed with the
Clerk or aa1d City all pursuant to Resolution or Intention No. 1620
adopted by the City Council on October 13, 1947,, and the provisions
C•f. Article v or the Palo Al to Improvement Procedure Code I being
Ordinance No. 844 or said City., adopted January 13,, 1941, and. said
a.esessment was cont1rmed by sa.1d Council on January 12, 1948,, and
recorded in the orr1ce or the Superintendent or Streets of said
City on January 13, 1948; and
WHEREAS, a certain lot or parcel or land upon which there 1a
an unpaid assessment against which bonds have been issued under the
prov1s1one or Part 4 or Article IV of said Procedure Code,, has been
d:1. vided ao that 1 t no longer '~on.forms to the original parcel bound-
aries as shown on said assessment and in the Auditor's record there-of';
NOW,, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that
l. The City Engineer shall cause to be prepared and filed w11h
the City Clerk a report and amended assessment and diagram or the
l•:>t and parcel so divided,, said parcel being designated as Assess-mi~nt No. 60.
2. That the unpaid installments of said original assessment
shall be segregated and apportioned in accordance with the benefits
t<> the oeveral parts or the original lot or parcel and the total
araount of the assessment or the several portions or the original
lot or parcel shall be equal to the unpaid assessments upon sald
