APPROVING MAP OF LOMA VISTA PARK., TRACT NO. 885
The Council of the City ot Palo Alto DOES RESOLVE as follows:
That that certain aubd1v1s1on map or :.Oma Vista
Park, Tract No. 885, being a resubd1v1a1on or a portion or
Lot 29, and 30, Wooster Subdiv1a1on, dated May, 1951, and
prepared by Bdw1n H. Smith, C1v11 Engineer, be and the same
1s hereby approved and accepted by this Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Kipling Street as
shown on said map be and tho same is hereby accepted as a 60-foot
public street or the City or Palo Alto.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that easements ror public
utilities as shown on said map ror the use or public utilities
be and they are hereby accepted as dedicated.
The above and f•oregoing resolution was d.uly and
regularly introduced and passed 'by the Council of the City
of Palo Alto at a regular meeting held on Monday, the 28th
day o:~ May, 1951., by the f ollow1ng vote:
Blois, Bolander, Bowden, Cashel, Cathcart, Drysdale,
AYES: Freedman, Qaapar, Hill, Miller, Mitchell, Montrouil,
Wickett.
NOES: None.
