APPROVINO MAP OF CHANNING PARK, UNIT NO. 1,, TRACT NO. 883
The Council or the City or Palo Alto DOES RESOLVE as follows:
That that certain subdivision map or Channing Park,
Unit No. 1, Tract No. 883, being a portion of Lot 1, Greer
Partition, dated May, 1951, and prepared by George 3. Nolte,
Civil Engineer, be and the same 1s hereby approved and
accepted by this Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that De Soto Drive and that
portion or Al.ester Avenue and Channing Avenue as shown on said
map within sa1d subdiv1s1on·be and they are hereby accepted
ae public streets of the City or Palo Alto.
BE IT .FUBTHER RESOLVED, that easementa for public
utilities as shown on said map for the use ot public ut111t1es
be and they are hereby accepted as dedicated.
The above and rorego1ng resolution was duly and
regularly introduced and passed by the Council or the City
of Palo Alto at a regular meeting held on Monday, the 28th
day or May, 1951, by the following vote:
Blois, Bolander~ Bowden, Cashel, Cathcart, Drysdale,
AYES: Freedman, Gaspar, Hill, Miller, Mitchell, Montrou11,
Wickett.
NOF..S : None.
ABSENT: Bower, Linder.
