APPROV'INO MAP OP TUOLUMNE PARK, TRACT NO. 866

The Council or the City of Palo Alto DOES RESOLVE as follows:
That that certain subdivision map or Tuolumne Park, Tract No. 866, being a portion or Lots 29 and 30, C. M.
Wooster Company's Subd1v1e1on of the Clarke Ranch, dated
April, 1951, and prepared by George s. Nolte, C1VJ..l Engineer,
be and the same 1s hereby approved and accepted by this Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the portion of Cowper Street ae ehown upon said map within sa1d subd1v1e1on be and it 1e
hereb;:r accepted as a public street or the City or Palo Alto.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that easements for public
ut111":1es as shown on said map for the use or public ut1l1t1e( be and they are hereby accepted as dedicated.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly introduced and passed by the Council or the City or Palo Alto at a regular meeting held on Monday the 28th
day of May, 1951, by the .following vote:
AYES: Blois, Bolander, Bowden8 Cashel, Cathcart, Drysdale,
Freedman, Gaspar, Hill, Miller, Mitchell, Montrou11, Wickett.
NOES: None.
