RESOLUTION ACCEPTING ~EKD
The Council or the City or Palo Alto DOES RESOLVe as follows:
That the Grant Deed from Carlo Ferrando and Rosa Fer~ando,
his wife, to the City of Palo Alto, dated April 25, 1951, covering
Lots 47 and 48 or Block 11, as shown upon that certain Map entitled
"Wm. H. H. Hart's Subdiv1e1on of Block No. ll, University Park",
which Map was filed for record 1n the orr1ce or the Recorder or
the County or Santa Clara, State or Cal1.t'orn1a, on May 23, 1896,,
1ri Book I ot Maps, at page 21, excepting the northeasterly seven (7) feet thereof, be and the same ls hereby accepted.
The above and f orego1ng resolution was duly and regularly
1r.itro<1uced and passed by the Council or the City of Palo Alto at
a regular meeting held on the 14th day of May, 1951, by the fc·llowing vote:
