APPROVING MAP OF CHARLESTON MEADOWS NO. 3, TRACT NO. 852
The Counc11 or the City or Palo Alto DOES RESOLVE as tollowa:
That that certa1n subdivision map or Charleston
Meadows No. 3, Tract No. 852, dated February 1951, and prepared
by George S. Nolte, C1v11 Engineer, being a portion of Rancho
Rincon de San Franc1nquito, be and the same 1s hereby approved and accepted by th1e Council.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that South Court, Bryant Street,
Ramona Street, Rochdale Circle, Carlson Circle, Wright Place,
Roosevelt Way, and the portions or Dies Road., Alma Street and
Charleston Road as shown on said map, be and they are hereby
accepted as public streets or the City of Palo Alto.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that' easements ror public
ut111t1es as shown on said map ror the use or public ut111t1es
be and they are hereby accepted as dedicated.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly introduced and paseed by the Council or the City
of Palo Alto at a regular meeting held on Monday, the 9th day
of April, 1951, by the following vote:
