APPROVING MAP OF CHARLESTON GARDENS,. UNIT NO. l
The Council of the City of Palo Alto DOF.S RESOLVE as follows:
That that certain subd1v1e1on map of Charleston Gardens,
Unit No. 1, dated March, 1951, and prepared by George S. Nolte,
C1v1l Engineer, being a portion or Rancho Rincon de San
Franc1squito, be and the same ls here~y approved and accepted by this Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Montrose Avenue,
Maple Wood Avenue, Maple Wood Place, Sutherland Drive,
Seminole Way, an~ the port!ona of Middlefield Road and
Charleston Road not heretofore dedicated, as shown on said
map, be and they are hereby accepted as public streets of the City or Palo Alto.
BE IT FUR·l'HER RESOLVED, that eae~ments for public
ut111t1es as shown on said map for the use of public utilities be and they are hereby accepted as dedicated.
The above an~ foregoing reeolut1on was duly and regularly 1ntroduc~d and passed by the Council of the City or Palo Alto at
a regular meeting held on Monday, the 9th day or April, 1951,
by the following vote:
