RESOLVKI>, by the City Council or the City of Palo Alto, Ca11rorn1a, that

1. The City Clerk or said City be, and ahe is hereby directed
to call for b1da for the sale or improvement bonds to be 1saued
pursuant to Resolution or Intention No. 2017 adopted by this
Council on August 14, 1950, aa1d bide to 9e received by said City
Clerk at or before the hour ot 7:30 o'clock P.M. or Monday, the
23rd day er April, 1951, and to be publicly opened, examined and
declared at eaid time 1n the regular meeting place or said Council,
Council Chambers, City Hall, Palo Alto, Ca11torn1a. Said notice,
1n form a copy of which 1e hereto attached marked Exhibit "A".
shall be given by publication once in the Palo Alto Times, a news-
paper publ1shed 1n said City, at least ton days before said date.
2. The City Council will furnish the legal opinion of the
law firm of Kirkbride, Wilson, Harzteld & Vallave, San Mateo, Cali-
fornia, unqualifiedly approving the lega11ty or the proceedings and the issuance or said bonds.

I hereby cert1ty that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly adopted and passed by the City Council or the City of
Palo Alto, Cal1torn1a, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 9th day or April, 1951, by the following vote:
AYES, and 1n favor thereof, Councilmen:
Bolander, Bowden, Bower, Cashel, Dryadale, Freedman,
Gaspar, Hill, Linder, Montreuil, Wickett.
NOES, Councilnien: None.
ABSENT, Councilmen: Blois, Cathcart, Mitchell.
