the Clerk of aaid City all pursuant to Resolution or Intention :No. 1833
aclopted by the City Council on March 28, 1949, and the prov1a1ons of
.A:l'ticle V of the Palo Alto Improvement Procedure Code, being Ordinance
Ne>. 84~ or said City, adopted January 13, 1941, and said asae5ement was
confirmed by said Council on April 12, 1949,, and recorded in the office
of' the Superintendent of Streets of said City on May 25, 194_9; and
WHEREAS, a certain lot or parcel of land upon which there is ar1
W1.pa1d asaeasment against which bonds have been issued under the provi-
sions or Part 4 or Article IV or said Procedure Code, ~'a been divided so
that it no longer conforms to the original parcel bou.iuar1es as shown on eaid assessment and in the Auditor's record thereof;
NOW, THRR!FORE, IT IS ORDERED, that
1. The C1ty Engineer shall cause to be prepared and filed with
th.e City Clerk a report and diagram or amended asaeaament of the lot
an1:1 parcel so divided, said parcel being designated as Assessment No. 286-A.
2. That the unpaid installments or sald original assessment
shall be segregated and apportioned in accordance with the benefits to
th•t several portions or the original lot or parcel and the total amount
of the assessments or the several portions ot the original lot or par-
ce 1 shall be equal to the unpaid assessments upon said original lot or par-cel or land.

ree;·;ilarly adopted by the City Council of the City of Palo Alto, Cal1-
