RESOLVED, by the City Council of the C1ty or Palo Alto,
Santa Clara County, California, that
WHEREAS, an assessment and diagram was made and tiled with
the Clerk or aa.1d City all pursuant to Resolution of Intention No.
1516 adopted by the Clty Council on June 10, 1946, and the provi-
sions or Article V or the Palo Alto Improvement Procedure Code,
being Ordinance No. a44 or said City, adopted JanuarI 13, 1947,
and recorded in the of f1ce or the Superintendent or Streets of said City on JantA.ary 14, 1947; and
WHXREAS, certain lots or parcels or land ~pon which there are
unpaid assessments against which bonds have been jaaued under the pro-
v1o1ons or Part 4 or Article IV or said Procedure Code, have been
divided so that they no longer conform to the original parcel bound-
ar1es as shown on said ameessment and in the Aud1tor1 s record there-of;
NOW, THER.DORE, IT IS ORDERED, that
1. The City Engineer shall cause to be prepared and filed
with tha Clerk a report and diagram or amended assessment or the lots
and parcels so div1d.ed, said. parcels being designated as Aesesamente No. 37 & 38.
2. That the unpaid installments or said original assessments
shall be segr~gated and apportioned in accordance with the benefits
to the several portions or the or1&1nal lots or parcels and the total
amount of the assessments or the several portions of the or1.ginal
lots or parcels shall be equal to the unpaid assessments upon said
original lots or parcels of land.
